The center director, supported by the operator and center management team, is responsible for ensuring that services are provided to all enrolled ELL students based on their individual needs.

Center management will actively engage in:

• Providing staff with training and ongoing professional development to better serve ELL youth
• Developing staff recruitment materials to meet the needs of their center
• Developing and implementing plans to address practice guidelines
• Monitoring implementation of multicultural policies and practices
